How does voting work on MMS? What is the criteria?

MMS voting is a secondary voting mechanism. The types of nodes involved include witness nodes, community nodes, and light nodes. Light nodes can only vote for designated community nodes, and community nodes can only vote for witness nodes. The reward is distributed according to the number of votes. Voting reward rules (33% in total): 10% of the voting rewards (2% are given to all witnesses on average, 8% is weighted equally based on votes), and 90% is given to the community nodes that vote for them (weighted equally by the number of votes) ). Of the tokens obtained by community nodes, 10% are given to the community nodes themselves, and 90% are given to user nodes (light nodes) who vote for them.
